LUNCH-HOUR DEMONSTRATION on 28.3.2013 AGAINST THE THREATENING CIRCULAR ISSUED BY THE CBDT AGAINST THE AGITATING OFFICERS OF IT DEPARTMENT.
Officers and staff members under the banner of Joint Council for Action, will be holding a lunch-hour demonstration on 28.3.2013 against the thereat of vindictive action issued by the CBDT against the member of ITGOA who are on agitation in pursuance of their demands including promotion from ITO to ACIT. The CBDT instead of resolving the issues raised by the ITGOA has threatened action against their members which needs to be resisted with all the strength at our command. We therefore call upon all the members of JCA to ensure that the lunch-hour demonstration on 28.3.2013 in front of Aayakar Bhavan is made a total success.
